POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

By booking online you understand and agree to ALL the following terms and conditions.

- Deposits

All sessions require a non refundable/ non transferrable deposit in order to hold your booking. All deposits will go towards full payment.

- Pricing

Due to an extremely competitive market and high demand/ costs for supplies, prices are subject to change at any given time without notice.

- 6-8 Week Required Touch Up

Permanent makeup is a multi session process. The 6-8 week touch up after your appointment aka the Perfecting Session is required in order to complete the minimum 2 session process. Clients who fail to book their 6-8 week touch up within the proper time frame will be charged a $150 fee. No exceptions can be made. Cover up clients may require more than 2 sessions.

- Pre Care + Medical History

Any client who fails to follow pre-care/ post-care will not be reimbursed for any reason. Also, failure to mention pre-existing conditions (listed on pre-care page) prior to appointment may result in same day cancellation as well as loss of deposit. (Certain conditions require doctor consent or may cause blood thinning resulting in quick pigment loss, blurred strokes or poor retention)

- Reschedules + Cancellations

Please give a  48 hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All changes  or cancellations made within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.

- Late Policy + No Show

All clients are given a 15 minutes grace period. Anything after 15 minutes will be considered as a 'no show' and will result in loss of deposit.

- Children + Guests

For health and safety reasons limit 1 guest per client. No children allowed. All guests must wait in the designated area by the front door, no exceptions.

- Refunds 

The results of any cosmetic procedure, including but not limited to permanent cosmetics, cannot be guaranteed. As such, whether or not a client is satisfied with the outcome, there will be no refunds.

Glam Haus reserves the right to refuse services to anyone.
